Default oil light at low rpm?

Ok every1 so my oil light flickers at low rpm when at idle when i bring rpm back up it go's away. Do you think it could be a faulty sensor? loose wiring or oil pump.. Just re-built the engine and now its doing this.. Runs great a little valve noise from needing adjustments.. Any input is greatly appreciated :D Thanks every1

you need to hook up an oil pressure gauge to know for sure, but either the sensor's bad, the pump is bad, or your pick up is clogged. i wouldn't drive the car till you know for sure what's up

yea i just re-built her and the pick up is clean i know that 4 sure. And it only does it every once in awhile so im thinking faulty sensor but idk im no pro. sensor is cheap gonna buy it if it go's away ill know but if it dont then ima go ahead and replace the pump and pick up screen thing.. I cleaned it with brake parts cleaner b4 i re-installed it back on the car and it was a little dirty and cloggd with gunk but after it was clear and clean so idk pump looked new but cant tell by eye. Sensor is bad im betting
