while driving on the freeway the other day my car started bogging/sputtering. i looked at the RPM and it was just jumping all over place. i was giving it gas but was getting no power. stepped on the clutch and tried revving it up a bit til i got power back. it happened twice so far and only when i was driving on the freeway. any idea what it might be?

 

maybe dizzy goingbad..if not check the screw on the rotor inside of dizzy...bad fuel pump...check spark plugs n wires..

 

thanks, i was thinking the distributor also. the RPM was going all crazy when it was sputtering.

 

Did it throw a code? Map sensor will ritchen fuel to save the motor from detonating. Are u boosted?
