starter realy in the middle of dash?
i have a 94 accord. The haynes manual say that the starter relay is "in center dashboard next to PGM-FI " I cant seem to find it. Any help?
im looking for the starter relay. the problem i am having is when i turn the key the first 2 poisitions are ok but when i put it in the 3rd all the way back the dash lights go out and it dosent crank nothing a few secs later the dash lights come back on.
Is it the same as the main relay on a 94? I wish the manuals had more actual photographs. It took me forever to find the main relay on my '90, because all I could see on the diagram was a little hand-drawn box.
no its diffrent than the main relay. Yeah the diagram i have just shows a little box and says starter relay under it

Main relay and starter relay are the same.
If your dash lights are going out, it's most likely a faulty ignition switch, weak battery, or dirty/corroded battery cables.

im pretty sure the main relay and the starter realy are 2 diff things. I tested the switch and it was good. The battery and all cables are good also
There's no starter relay, only main relay which sends power to the starter and a starter cut relay which cuts power to the main when the clutch pedal switch circuit indicates that the clutch isn't down.
Anyway, here you go sir... starter cut relay:
