1997 Integra GS-R

I'm putting my Integra up for sale. I need a bigger car because I have a child on the way. This car has had a lot of work done since I bought it. It is in good working condition and has had all maintenance done as of late.
This car has a lot of extras... too many to list, but here's what I remember off the top of my head.
Original B18C1 w/ 182,000 (rebuilt @ around 100k)
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Short Ram Intake
Full 2.5" Exhaust system w/ resonator
Type R Rear Seats
GSR Front Seats
Roll Cage in Rear
16" Rota Circuit 8's Bronze
BRAND NEW Falken Ziex Tires all around(~200 miles)
NEW Water Pump
NEW Timing Belt
NEW Coolant Reservoir
Short Shifter w/ new Bushing
NEW Shift Boot
Original Factory Stereo
Aftermarket Speakers
Front Upper Strut Bar
NEW Drilled/Slotted Rotors all around
NEW Hawk HPS Brake Pads all around
Paint Job done by past owner. Dark brown with gold flake. Looks pretty good. Few dings here and there. Nothing bad. No Rust. Needs a new CF Hood. NO A/C.
