Need a daily that I know how to work on myself that I know will get better than 16mpg. Looking to spend $1000-1500 on a running CB or EF chassis. I'm ok with high miles, slight body damage and even (explainable) salvage titles, but the car MUST be running, MUST have working A/C (I live in the desert :p) and a manual transmission. 'De-rice this car' projects are welcome as well.
