My friend just moved near amarillo tx and needs to find a shop that can sort out a car he just bought. It's a ef civic converted to obd1. Thinking it could be the tune since it supposedly has hondata s100, but I'm not sure since he says it also has electrical issues. He'd be willing to drive upto 4hrs to a shop.

Any help would be appreciated, I'll relay any info to him. He still getting sorted up there and does'nt have internet yet.
