Well my moms house is going into foreclosure and I have a swap that needs to be done in the next 14 days. 2000 B16a2 (si) to a 1998 hx. Yes im taking out the si engine to put in a hx engine, I commute alot....etc etc. Subject car is a 98 ex civic which has the b16 in it. I have an entire 98 civic hx that was rear ended. The si engine has about 170k miles on it.

Someone was suppose to help me with this swap but has flaked numerous times so now im reaching out to honda tech. I need someone who knows what their doing and can help with get this done. I have an engine hoist at the house as well as everything else you probably need to get this done. I will post up some pics later tonight.

Anyone out there who can help out a fellow honda-tech member?

My brother can help you tomorrow, he will give you a call later. He's been looking for a motor. He's in Tracy. He has an engine hoist if you need one, and all my tool at his disposal if you need them.

He's helped with two B18C swaps so he's got experience.

Also have 96 civic hx shell with no motor or tranny for sale.....100 bucks.....just come load it up on your trailer.....has rear end damage so its just gonna be a parts car
