JIC magic Suspension
So i got jic magic coilovers and I want to lower my car more but when i do the upper control arms hits the strut tower when i go over bumps ect... i was just wondering if it could be that my coilovers are too soft since it rides pretty smooth as of right now or do i have to modify the strut tower?..
any advice is appreciated

did u read the instruction, about the **** on the top, tha u need too turn all the way clockwise, too make it harder ? depend how many adjusment, turn it counter clockwise make softer, but not all the way
I dont have jic magic coilovers on mine, I have tein. I just browse JIC website US and japan, and do some research, there is JIC coilovers for EF/ED the non adjustable one that have been discontinued. And from my experience, if the strut/shock getting soft, that mean it wearing out need to rebuilt change all the gasket or get replaced.
Im pretty sure mines are the discontinued ones, but my brother has jic coilovers and one of them was blown and emailed jic and they told him that they cant rebuild discontinued coilovers:/

Well.. depend on your needs, choose the right coilovers. my suggestion, if it not for track, dont get the hard one, it's an old car, too much shake and rattle, gonna cost more in the future. Cheap not good at all, but brand name and expensive one, not always necessary unless u go for bling factor. consult your butt, shoulder, and neck, u not gonna wrong. Go to EF meet and u can see how each brand seats, look, and price
