ok guys I am stumped on this one. Its on my passenger side. I have replaced both upper and lower ball joints, both sides tie rod outters, passenger side sway bar end link and passenger side strut. less than a year ago I replaced the passenger side motor mount When I turn in my drive-way and hit the gutter turning left fully turned it will pop when the drivers side tire drops in the gutter. It will also pop again if i reverse it out the same way i came in. I am at a loss. What do you guys think

 

inner tie rods, rack, rack bushings, axles, or other suspension bushings? get it on an alignment rack and have someone under it and have u turn the wheel

 

well... it doesnt pop at all on a lift its only when I hit a dip and its turned

 

It could be your upper mount for your suspension. Is it a performance suspension kit? Sometimes aluminum upper coil mounts make a clicking noise because it is directly rubbing on your metal strut tower. the contact makes noise ater awhile . Unless you get the tein cs - they have rubber upper mounts for that susp.
