Default 1996 accord

have a 1996 honda accord with a h22a swap from a 93 prelude i was working on putting a new clutch in it bc i thought i blew my clutch but when i pulled out the old clutch dish i found that it was worn but not bad i looked in the axle holes and found that there was alot of metal fragments in the diff not is it possable that i blew out my trans bc the car barely moves when i let out the clutch

If you believe the metal frags are from the diff, drain and remove diff cover to see if the frags are in thre housing.
