Default my GE experience w/ pistons 56kbeware

well it came in a lil while ago..need to get it all to a machine shop then assemble and do my first motor swap...oh boy(sarcasim) hehe : enjoy ::anyone in houston or surrounding areas wanna help?

fedo : well i got the block from a local shop..jisatsu ..it needed to be sleeved so it was 340 for the block 625 for sleeves, 450 for pistons 160 for ceramic coating.. plus the rods and all the other jnk not pictured...i was originally just gonna buy a drag3...WHAT HAPPENED!!!!??? ahhh 3k down

viren: help from yall will cost me...im to broke..i made a mustard sandwich today for lunch ..eek. let me know when yall are ready for the fitment of mani though

How did you get the block sleeved for $625, that seems very cheap. Is this the normal price from GE to sleeve a block?

Does that also include the machining of the block for the sleeves?

625 was the groupbuy price. it turned to be almost 680 w/ shipping back and forth.
i know viren gives good prices if ya send it through him. time from sending to recieving it back has been nearly 3 months.

on a side note, my friends 1jz motor came in today hehe...hopefully 6 weeks from now we'll have a running twin turbo cressida.

-the pistons are ross 10:1 84mm courtesy of rocket.
-ben definately did more than his share in gettin us the blocks..great service regardless.
