What's up Honda Tech, new guy here. :)
Hey guys, what's up.
My name's Justin and I'm from Chicago. Decided to test out Honda-Tech because I got tired of the douchebags at JDMChicago not having an open mind to anything.
So with that being said, I currently have no ride because I wrecked my EG hatch. It sucks, but there's nothing I can do about it, and the car was not worth dumping money into for a front clip, core support, alternator, and valve gasket.
Now I'm looking for a new car, and I'm not sure what I want.
How did you end up with the year civic you have?
When I'm done selling the parts I got off my Civic, I should have around $2,500, but I can't even decide on a year to start looking. I love EF hatches, but I always have a third person in the car, and I have no idea whatsoever of how big the back seats are. I also love the EF Sedan, and EG8 Sedan, but again, don't know where to start.
How should I pick between 3 cars I love equally? Should I just wait for what become availble first?
I also have an opportunity to pick up a 1990 Honda Civic Wagovan, AWD model for $900, but I'm just not sure again. It needs a couple things, like some minor rust repair (I'm planning on painting it anyway, most likely the OEM red color from the EF Sedan, or EPB), and tires. It just scares me that it's so cheap.
Anyway, how did you guys end up with the car you have today?

Everyone I've ever had sit in the backseat of my EF9 has said "I'm surprised about how roomy it is in here!"
Unless you must gangster lean your seat back, then there's plenty of room.
