Default Massive motor shift and wheel hop...solutions?

I'm not sure if these are the same problem, but...I have a 91 si (d16a6) and the motor shifts a lot when I get on the gas, even with no load. Also, I get massive wheel hops, can't launch for crap. I've done some research and have come up with a few possible solutions:

1) new motor mount rubber. This seems like a likely cause, but how hard is it to swap out the inserts? If I have to pull my engine...well, nobody wants to pull their engine.

2) racing front crossmemeber. In theory, how does this part decrease wheel hop? I don't know a whole lot aobut suspension, so school me

3) front engine mount. Is this just another mount which will bolt onto my D16? Will it transmit huge loads of vibration to the passenger cabin?

I appologize if I've said anything rediculous or stupid in this post...go ahead and flame me if I did.

Thanks!

either way it sounds like u need a new fron trans mount....if u want to get inserts they help alot with wheel hop..as for the cross member it has radius rods that conect to the lower control arm and are stiffer than stock which makes it stiff so the control arm wont jump l**** it does now...but it sounds like ur tranny mount is busted up...does ur shifter move when u rev it....and its not bad to do the inserts but not easy either ull need some good air tools for the rear mount the front mount is easy
