i know im a noob but i should at least be able to post more than 5 per day!!

well, 95% of what noobies post is illegitimate crap. You may have important things to say, and expert advice to input, but wait till you're a member and you can post all you want. Somebody keeps on trying to instant message you, that's why that sign comes up. It sucks, but it's only a month or so. Welcome though!!
