Icon2 Budget B20V build, polish+port or manifold?

I'm on a budget so what do you think, polish and port the stock manifold or go for an aftermarket one, say skunk 2 or edelbrock.....I can only do one or the other. It's for a B20Z with B16A1 head GSR cams just a mild build but still want good results.

What's your budget? What manifold are you currently using?
