Hey all. I thought I'd share the rebuild of our D Series project car for 2011. For those that dont know, we ran the car our D series setup last year at the IFO and Import Showdown events in a 89 Chassis.

Long story short, the year ended with a severely hurt transmission; which was an issue we were working on/around basically all year. After some deliberation, I decided to sell the chassis and try something a little different.
New chassis: 99' Civic Si (EM1)
Motor: D Series (details to come)
Transmission: B Series (details to come)
I'd like to first say thanks to some of those that have helped in big ways to get this build underway...
First, my crew here @ GO-AUTOWORKS!!
Frank @ Drive Shaft Shop...the best axles hand down!
Tim & Greg @ Innovative Mounts...thanks for the continued support and for making the best mounts in the business!
Matt & James @ Speedfactory...R&D on the "D2B missing link" FTW!
Chase @ Chasebays
Will @ Exospeed
Our goal this year is to consistantly get the car deep into the 10s and faster.

This kit uses no mid plate
The lower 2 bolts bolt up in the normal fashion. It bolts to the rear mount as normal. The top bolt towards the motor is currently open and will be modded.
Thanks!

Thanks Mike, definitely will do
It will be 5
Yes, the bracket is the mount for the half shaft.
Thanks
I'm happy to have progress. There's been more done in the past 5 days, than there has been in the past 3 months.
The motor is now back together. I look to get it in time and set back in the carthis weekend to finish up the little bit of fitment thats left before the wiring/lines/ and fuel are wrapped up.

There is a sensor there. It is an old TT adaptor I've had for almost 5 years now. I actuall do have them going to CNC w/ a minor revision and should have them back shortly (shortly as in 3-4 weeks)
