The little parts add up to a lot unless you have a b series car to pull parts off of, like nuts and bolts. I went a little over the top with mine, i needed crx SI knuckels because the HF splines are different, so i got new ball joints and tie rods, and i needed new rotors pads and calipers, 2 brand new integra axles, swap mounts, 2.5 inch exhaust, header, obd1 jumper harness or ecu and distributor plugs and other various parts, rear t bracket, new clutch+pp, pressure plate bolts, etc. There are a million little things you need along the way. I would say set aside at least 500-1000 more before you start the swap just in case. Unless you have the exhuast and obd1 conversion taken care of already

it all depends where you source it from and what you want from it.
personally, i got a full swap.
came with front and rear disk brakes to swap onto my ef sedan.
tranny and longblock with all components.
ecu and everything i need basically.
for 1300.
im going to do a full tune up.
new axles.
new shift linkage
new mounts
new water pump
new belts
new dizzy(maybe, as long as i get no CEL ill be ok)
new plus and wires
new thermostat.
basically im rebulding everything cept the internals.
so im loooking at about 2000 when all is said and done. urs could be less because my 1300 price covered shipping from VA to CA. so yea. expensive. but worth it for the low miles and good deal.

shift linkage is about $150
mounts are $150-350
ecu is anywhere from ///With the motor-150.
random hosing wiring & typical bullshit that isnt gonna swap over is another $200
axles you will need & i havnt priced those yet but im assuming $40-60 each

& thats just what i know. i wish i could tell you more but my ls motor is still on a motor stand patiently waiting for me to afford the tranny.

Its kind of pointless to follow everyone and go b series.
You want to beat an integra da? Get a crx. Crx with a d16a6 can take a da( if you can drive)
Or for an extra, idk 300? Put a vtec head, and no da( except a swapped one with Dohc vtec like a gsr) will beat you.

Or be awesome and find yourself a dohc zc from 86-89, and put that in a crx and you can possibly beat a gsr teg.
