side note.. when reading this (if you do) read under NOS.. its say usually "found in drag racing vehicles and motorhomes." .. ahahaha, imagine getting beaten off the line from a old man in a motor home..

The rules discussed there apply everywhere in BC, not just the Island or Richmond.

 

I explained this too a cop in Richmond when my cousin got pulled over in his car.... I told him we modded the car to all ICBC regulation's....... he still acted like a dick and gave my cousin a VI...... Caucasin cops in ricemond don't like young asian/brown guys..... turst me on this.

I agree. People should be able to do the mods that they want to, as long as it does not affect their safety, or the safety of other road users.
