I'd call Pacific Raceways on this one. IHEARTMYCIVIC is slacking on info, specifically the start time so I'd imagine he won't notice this one either

 

You could always just call pacific raceways .. If anything they could give you info on who to contact

Hey while your calling them, wanna ask about start times? I know gates open at 9, but wanna see what time their going to let people start parking?
