120k Transmission Flush?
I called the local deal, it would cost 150 bucks. I told the person on the phone, that I heard that if you do a flush, it could damage the transmission. I have a v6 BTW. She said, that they don't use any chemicals or something.
Should I do it? I read all over the place about if it's bad or not. Mixed results. Not really sure what to do....

You do not want to power flush Honda ATs, this will damage them. If this call was made to a Honda dealer then they will know the correct procedure and will manually flush the transmission. More detail in your post would be helpful, who did you call? What year Accord do you have? etc.

The year is 2000 v6 accord. I called about 4 places total. All giving me different answers. Should I just do the drain and fill?
Yes. Honda does not recommend a flush, and as far as I know there are no Honda approved AT flushing machines. Dealers are franchises, an as such will do what they can to make a buck, sometimes disregarding factory guidelines and procedures.
If you are capable of changing your engine oil, the transmission drain/refill is no different, just no filter to change. Usually you drain refill, drive around and drain and refill again, drive around some more, and do it one last time. Each time make certain you have cleaned off the magnetic drain plug. On the final drain remove the old drain plug washer and replace it with a new unit to assure a good no drip seal.
