Just means that it is Jasma certified. Could be a number of exhausts I am guessing.

The rear exhaust cap was painted red, but it is an S.
As for the exhaust, I'm not too sure, but if it is an hks, they usually have logos on the muffler tips

had 2 hi-power systems. 1 i got about 5 years ago and the other about 2 years ago both brand new. close but no cigar. it might be close but hks definitely says hks on the tips. so unless they started putting hks on the tips more than 5 years ago, this is not hks.
the resonator even looks similar but the mufflers look smaller than on both my hks systems.
as far as power, that all depends on intake, tp/cat, and header. if all these have been replaced with quality parts, there is just about a guaranteed 10-15 hp with freeing up all that airflow.
