hey guys so im running with a 1999 civic ex coupe all STOCK but i got a really nice paint job (2 tone looks really fresh) and black wheels with green trim on them and basically all the exterior looks hella clean like new taillights and cleaned head lights and interior lighting and just a really clean setup but its all stock and im wondering if ill be a "ricer" just because my car looks sick a hell but isnt modded with anything yet.

Rice is all in the driver's mentality on the road IMO. If you drive like a douche and think your car is badass and fast, and you race it out on the streets or bring it to the track, then I'd say you're a ricer.
If it had considerable mods then bringing it to the track would be appropriate. I know you didn't mention street racing but I think street racing is the main sign that one is a ricer.
