Every 2 months or so, I use a soft-top cleaner. You can find them at most automotive stores(Auto-Zone ect.)Works great, keeps it looking like the day you bought it.

I use that stuff called Vinylex. Some people use plain ole' Armor All, Lexol, or the Porsche cleaner. There are alot of products that are especially made for the softtops that work well.
