Default Alignment changes when you drop/raise the car with coilovers?

If I get an alignment done today with current height and next day, raise it an inch with coilovers, do I have to get alignment again?

Well, not necessarily. You can raise it or lower it and not have to get another alignment, but it all depends on how much you adjust it. If you only adjusted it a 1/4 to 1/2 inch, I don't think you would need another alignment. Change it an inch htough, and that is a different story.
