Need some help, first time getting a car inspected and aligned in PA.

I went to do my inspection and the machine will not connect to the ecu. Tried 2 different stock ecu's, same result. Car runs fine, no check engine lights.......im lost.
Anyone know where I can get some help with this?


Tried 4 different places to get my wheel alignment, everyone is telling me the car is too low to fit on the machine, but my car is not that low at all. Vette's are lower, and i see them all over place.........

Any good places to get this done?
