Default Skunk2 short throw or B&M?? And how are they compared to stock?

I might be getting a short throw shifter soon and not sure which one to get. I've read that Skunk2 or B&M are the ones to go with but wanted to hear other opinions. Also do they have a smooth feel like the stock shifter going into gears or does it get notchy?
