i have recently done the roh conversion on my 95 accord ex coupe and have started getting a groove in the front of the rotor face on both driver and passenger side...the backs of the rotors are fine...my question is this...do i need to machine down the caipler bracket so that the bracket or whatever is hitting the face will clear and no longer make the groove get any bigger?

 

You need to get the correct rotors. Sounds like you have some that are too thick.
