90 CRX HF ????Transmission oil check????
Ive been meaning to check/change the transmission oil on my 90 CRX HF, but dont know how? (any pictures or guidance would be greatly appreciated) Im sure the oil hasnt been changed by previous owner... and Im currently @ 225,066 mls.
Be careful if the trans oil hasnt been changed in a long time with high miles and is really black, because changing it could actually cause transmission problems.
Thanx for the pic 'John The G'!!! this will help alot... '89jdmcrxDOHCzc' your kidding me?!?! what should I do then? leave it like that... what kinda problems do you think it could give me?

If the trans. fluid has never been changed and its high mileage (super black) its actually better to just leave it like that because it gets used to all the gunk in there. If its changed it will clean it out and possibly cause slipping/ other problems. But hey dont believe me you can do what you want, just trying to give you a heads up.
I don't know about that, I've personally never heard anything about that. If that were true then everyone would be ****ed once they forgot to change their transmission oil after awhile.
If you believe in this then at least change the oil slowly. Drain like half and replace half. That way you at least refill with some decent **** and then next month or whatever change half again and replace half. That way it "gets use to the new ****."
That is if you are believing in that.
