so i got a b18c gsr obd2 going into an ek and is taking me a while to put it in due to money issue and waiting on the chasebay harness... Now my question is since i really wanna get it in im about to settle on putting an LS tranny just to get it running, will it be worth it or should i just wait and get a gsr tranny or b16. I just dont want to put an LS tranny and then i get a super long gear tranny thats going to make the car slow...

 

wait for a gsr or b16 tranny. if you drive freeways a lot and get a b16 tranny, if you can put an LS 5th gear..or your going to be at like 3500-4500 rpms+ after 50-60mph..

B16 w/ LSD or ITR tranny gets my vote. I love short gears though

 

yeah itr or b16 w/ lsd is the way to go but ive dump so much money into this car and those tranny are gonna run me easly 700 and up..
