Got some pamphlets when i was at a ref station a while back, got some good info for people who are curious... so here they are.

As much as we hate doing it, State ref's WANT you to pass, and are actually quite happy that you take the proper steps to get things cleared. If you don't pass they wont take your car, they will simply tell you whats wrong and come back again.

Good info. The pamphlets can be taken with a grain of salt however. Since there are always some type of changes going on to the SMOG program, it is best to use the BAR website for the latest info.
