Default Know anything about flex plates??? HELP!!!

Im trying to get my 90 Crx going and am stumped!!! I had everything bolted up and swapped! It even started today!!! But it won't go into gear when it's running... And in gear the it wants to move with the clutch in... I adjusted the clutch cable in and out but still had no luck! Just too damn hard to press, I almost streached or broke my cable!

I thought i installed the clutch backwards so it took out the tranny, and it was installed correctly...

I noticed the Pressure plate fingers sucked in about 3/4" when I bolted it down, I also noticed they popped back when it was unbolted.

I set the pressure plate on a block of wood and put my full 200lbs of man weight on it and it just started to flex...

Here is my question....... How much weight does it take to flex the fingers??? Im going to
My buddy's house to pick up his factory (used) pressure plate...

Oh yeah, the clutch kit I installed is a stage 1 centerforce clutch disc and pressure plate. From autozone...

The factory hf pressure plate is just as hard to press... I guess I'll re-install the stage 1 plate again...
