Default lensos tubes and rim screws

My rf slick has a pin hole in it....and new ones really arnt in the budget right now. A friend gave me tubes and screws and now I hav afew questions. Are you guys putting the screws front and back side? How many per side? The valve stem on the tube is larger diameter then the hole in the rim can I drill the rim larger or will the tubes not work. And last with a small pin hole do you think using the tubes is safe? Thanks guys never really used tubes

You dont have to have screws if you are just putting in tubes.

tubes are fine, but dont use screws unless you are spinning the tire on the rim. Wouldnt the screws puncture the tube anyways? 8-10 per side anyways

Valve stem on the tube is larger in diameter than the rims hole. Recommend drilling the hole larger or no?

lubes and screws no issues, to run tubes you need to drill out the valve stem place to fit the larger sizes stem.

Are screws really necessary with the tubes? Nervous about slick catching the tube while spinning and ripping the valve stem

Anyone running tubes without the screws? I marked my slicks last time and after 2 seasons they moved maybe 2 inches off the marks... I don't want to drill my rims if I don't have to....thanks for all the help guys
