what you have now is good for boosting, as far as exhaust, you can get away with a stage 2 or 3 clutch, a 6 puck really blows for DD sprung is some-what tolerable, but still a p.i.t.a
You can always look into getting a vtec head and boost it, or swap a B.
The B will give you more options for power in the long run. The dseries block stock will only take about 200-220 hp before the rods become a problem, while the B can take over 300 boosted on the stock block.
either tranny wont give you issues until the 400hp area so thats nothing to worry about right now. 450cc injectors is good for 220ish hp over that you need to go bigger.
all in all you should do alot more research, read up in the force induction forum and other sources around the net to find out everything you need to know before you do anything.
