Integra GSR Sway Bars on a Civic Coupe???
frankly yes, but youll need a few things: adjustable endlinks and rear subframe brace(prevents tear out, not necessary but its not worth the risk without it), you'll need the GSR rear lower control arms(or any aftermarket EG LCA's) aswell.
He doesn't need GSR LCA's, ANY DC control arm will work, with the exception for ITR. The ITR LCA will work, however you must run ITR shocks.
He may even have the holes in the LCA's already.
OP, you can use what comes out of the integra, hardware, etc. EG/DC suspension parts are interchangeable. It will be bolt on.
I've heard of people using stock endlinks, personally I would go with adjustable but it's up to the owner.
As far as the LCA's go I know they are all the same so I just used GSR as an example.

If you do decide to get aftermarket endlinks, splurge and spend the ~$50 on function7 endlinks. Solid company who spends years on RND on it's products. Well worth their design and quality focus.

I'm pretty sure F7 does not make their own end links but rather sources them elsewhere. They are not listed under products on their site. I may be wrong but I will verify.
This is from F7 regarding the endlinks.

We don't list them because we don't really "make" them. They are standard off-the shelf components for our endlink kits. Because of company policy I cannot reveal where we get the parts from and I cannot confirm nor deny that they come from Aurora
-- and we do get them from multiple sources.
Our endlinks use teflon-lined bearing joints so they should be a little quieter but they do wear down over time and may become a little noisier. Still, we recommend keeping them oiled (WD40 works nicely) to protect them from the elements.

The main parts that go into the endlinks are standard metric rod ends and they come from several different reputable US-based industrial/aerospace parts suppliers. We then add the bolts and nuts and sell them as a kit.
