White smoke, losing oil, and oil in coolant reservoir
I have this same problem, but there is oil in my coolant overflow bottle. My car is not overheating. The oil is burning and I have white smoke that blows out the tail pipe at high rpms. Some loss of power as well, but no coolant in the oil! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to know if it could be blown head gasket or if it could be seals. I am searching everywhere for an answer. Also I took the high flow pipe off and put a catalytic converter back on!
When I bought the car from my buddy he said the car had the head gasket replaced a year or two before I bought it from him. The smoke is present when the vtec kicks in. i heard something about valve seals, etc. could I use the blue liquid head gasket repair? or is that a bad way to try and fix it? My car runs and drives fine, just loss of power (not total loss but noticable). I am burning a lot of oil, could it be wear on the pistons and rings? what would be the best fix?

If its just the HG no need for a new motor...just the gasket. Don't band-aid it, that will cause greater problems down the road. Also valve seals wont effect coolant and oil mixing. Its the HG.
