Default another main relay/fuel pump issue please help

I have a 95 civic ex I am using s300. I made my own tuck engine harness i deloomed it and reloomed it to fit I did not cut or re wire anything in the engine harness!

as for head light harnesses I ran through fender wells and there was a couple littlewires that may have been cut and I re did them.....

And I went to turn key over to check for fuel system leaks and nothing happens.....I have power to all lights starter all that stuff.....

I don't think I am getting power to the computer cuz not one pin has power to it with key on.
THINGS I HAVE CHECKED..
The main relay has constant power at the pin 1 I believe or whatever one always has power. but when I turn key to on none of the others get power I believe I read that there is2 yellow/black wires that should get power they do not... I have tried 2 man relays as well..

I checked for conenuity from those 2 wires to where they pin to ecu and they checked out..

So my first question. Can any of the grounds or wires from my head light harness cause any problems.?
2. Why am I not getting any power to the other wires at main replay when ignition switch is on
3. Any grounds I can look for specificly
