Default 94 accord

I'm looking at buying a 94 accord. The only problem is when you first start it the idle goes up and down for a minute or 2 then it is fine. Wanted to know if this is a serious problem and if it's a tough fix.
Thanks

FITV wax ball needs to be adjusted. FITV operates when the engine is cold then as the engine gets warmer, the IACV takes over the idle.

You can find the DIY in the FAQ section.
