KS FS: '93 del Sol Si (Vitara/FJ-R, EBP, Corbeau, Rota, HID, etc.)
Long read here, but if you're interested in the car, you'll appreciate it, I'm trying to be as detailed as possible. Potential buyers will have to travel to Salina, KS to pick the car up.
$3,250 FIRM.
Current except without the mudflaps, still have them though...

I drove to Columbia, MO (drove it over 350 miles back) on Super Bowl Sunday to pick this up. I planned on this actually being the Honda I would keep, but I've had other stuff come up in my life that takes precedent. I do not have to sell this, and I really don't want to, but it is what is.
I honestly paid $3,600 for it. It's more than I wanted to, but I bought the car as much for the engine as anything else. It was built by Mike Bax a.k.a mike93eh/mike93eh2/mike93hatch, he's on various forums; KCSR, Honda-Tech, D-Series.org, etc.
Here is a link to his videos of his personal car, just to show you he knows what he's doing...

Stock D16Z6 SOHC VTEC head
Stock intake manifold
Stock exhaust manifold
Stock cat convertor

New OEM Honda rod bearings, crank bearings, thrust washers
New water pump
New timing belt
New front main seal
New rear main seal
New oil pan gasket
Stock D16Z6 EX/Si 5-speed tranny
New clutch
New flywheel
When I bought it, I was told by Mike and his brother (the owner) that it had approx 5k since the rebuild. The car had 229,5XX on it the day I got it, has just over 231,1XX now, so approx. 6.5k on rebuild. It's seen 5k RPM's maybe 5 times since I've owned it, it's so slow in it's current state (due to low compression) so no point in driving it hard. The bottom end is built to handle 400fwhp all day.
The rest of the car is not so new. It has been repsrayed in the past, '99-'00 Civic Si Electron Blue Pearl (EBP). The door jambs, trunk jambs, and engine bay were painted, so it was done right, but long ago. The front bumper and fenders don't quite match, must've been in a fender bender after the respray. Dings, dents, rock chips, usual stuff for an 18/19 year old car. The hood is beat to sweet ****, no factory fogs, grill is cut out.
Things I have done to the car: new cat-back, new DropZone lowering springs, new front rotors and pads, new Yonaka lower control arms, used Integra struts, oil change, red/clear taillights.
