For that price most people seem to recommend tokico blues and tein s-tech springs.

I have Tein S Tech springs on Tokico Blue shock. I loved it! Function & Form coilovers are the best for our Accords but I believe they're more than $500.00.

ya, you can also get function and form type 1 for around $550 if you look around which are full coilovers with ride height adjustability but dont have any damper adjustment. to get damper adjustment you need the type 2's which are out of your price range. do some research on it.

unless you auto-cross, i think coil-overs are unnecessary, especially when you have a budget.

plowing isnt that big of a deal if you have a lawn tractor, and my accord is dropped a couple inches because of 2 broke front springs, and i can get through 4" of snow just fine. i think if he wanted to he could set it low and leave it and it would be fine.

Damn, I didn't think FF Type 1s are that cheap. Lol. I thought they would be more like $700-$800.
