will civic hatch/ crx zc headlights fit my 89 ef sedan?

so i pretty much need to buy the zc nose cut just to get the zc headlights to fit, and are these ones plastic and single h4 bulbs?

wrong dude they will fit if they are zc not sir they fit and yeah they use the
h4h bulb you could use a h4 bulb just gotta trim it

 

do you know the difference between the EF front end 90 model and the ZC front end?

a ZC front end is pretty much identical to USDM 88-89 model crx/civic. the EF 90 model is the JDM one that is most popular (civic hb and crx models have wrap around bumper lights).

to get the ZC headlights on your car (assuming its a stock 88-91 USDM model) all you need are the lights, thats it. then you just have to worry about the wiring conversion (if you need a plug n play jumper i can make one for you, just pm me). no need to buy the nose. also the most common zc headlights are plastic, but there are some glass ones out there.

 

no they will not fit. the 90 spec model is the EF8/9 model where the headlights are 1" longer than usdm model front ends. the second link he posted are ZC model headlights, which WILL fit the USDM front ends.

 

there is a big difference between zc and sir front ends bro i owned both

90 jdm spec as labed by the clowns of passwordjdm will fit a usdm front end why because they are the same size as the usdm only thing that differs from the 88-89 jdm is that they 88-89 use a metal bracket to bolt on and 90-91 dont use a bracket since they have tabs

yes the 88-89zc front bumper to the 90-91sir bumper are different

another thing the 88-89 use the metal bracket for the corners so they could be screwd on on the fenders while the 90-91 use tabs and a screw on the non bracket headlights

yes the glass ones are edms which are supper rare and they have a motor to adjust them selves with a switch

 

ahahah its all good i just dislike password cuz they confuse ppl and they over price everything i never buy from them i live 20 min from them i wont buy either way

 

so after everything i can use the zc headlights that i linked first then? or am i wrong, bc my friend has the zc 90 spec ones on his hatch, so ill just test fit his before i buy the ones off password

 

you can bro yes they will fit only thing your gonna have to do is change your corner lights since they mount differetly if i was you i would get the 88-89 the ones with the metal bracket since its direct fit but good luck post some pics when your done

 

Did anyone catch this? I could've swore that the sedan headlights were "thinner" in height...

 

I've used usdm headlights from a sedan on my Crx when I had the stock front end. Si same should apply for using Hb or Crx zc headlights on a usdm sedan front.
