Turbo Install is correct, its a 98 itr with 96 spec jdm b18c5, hondata s300 has the conversion harness so it will fit to the stock harness, there is a spark, timing is also right, but will not turn over because the injectors (RC 750cc) and if the stock injectors are put on it still doesnt start up, any suggestions?

 

you say it wont turn over. is it turning over and not firing or not turning over at all?
have you checked the fuel pressure at the rail?
how did you check the timing if it wont run?
how did you check spark?
what map are you using?
has it ever stared on the new build?

 

Does the s300 have the correct map for the setup? Ditto to everything above ^^^
