Default What throttle cable with Skunk2 IM/TB?

Some past history on my setup:
2001 Integra Type R
k20a2 with RBC and Type R TB using 96 DX throttle cable with Hasport mounts.

Now, I have a K24a1/K20a2 head with Skunk2 IM(RSX) and 74mm TB.
The throttle cable is now too short on the adjustment side, when the cable is attached to either bracket, the TB is stuck open(around 30%).
Please help, add any insight, solid answer, etc ASAP
Thanks in advance,
Rhett
