Default 95 Accord LX 2.2 (Idle drops way too much when cooling fan kicks in)

Had this problem for years. Gave up on it in 2008, now am trying again. Heres the issue. When my cooling fan comes on (once the car reaches temp for fan to come on), the a/c compressor clutch engages with the a/c turned off. And this additional (and unexpected load) causes the idle to drop severely. And then it will come back up, but still run very rough. I believe that the reason it drops and runs so rough is because the idle air control valve doesnt compensate for the additional load because its not suppose to.

After a lot of testing, and ruling things out me and a few guys helping me from the accord forum narrowed it down to the ECU. Well I got lucky and found a local place that had my exact ECU for only $100, but had a no return policy. Even though I wasnt 100% sure it was the problem after years of working on this I thought it was well worth the risk. Well it wasnt the problem, so I have a perfect 95 accord ECU on craigslist for $50 now, LOL.

Anyway after some more diagnosis heres what we found. Somehow the green ground wire from the cooling fan relay is supplying the ground to the red/ blue wire for the condensor relay and activating it. Ive tried to trace the wires to see if maybe they shorted/ melted together somewhere that I could actually get to, but they run from the fan shroud into the car body so Im not sure where to go from here.

If anyone has any ideas or tests I can do, or even better if someone has seen this before I would really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance..... Custnam
