i got a second gen complete b16 no trans for 600 one with rod knock for 600 is alil much block is trash try lowering a lil bit sell alot faster but glws

i don't know a lot about rod knocks. does that mean the internals are bad or does the block need to be machined?

 

It could mean both I think, I have not yet opened the motor.

 

ttt... rod knock means the bearings on the crank went bad... so crank might need to be replaced or machined if it didnt get oval where the bearing sit... block can be machined and rebuilt but for b16 might as well replace it not inless ur going to build it for boost or something....
