Default injector power source at obd1 side of jumper harness

whats up guys this past weekend i swapped a stock d16z6 into an 88 dx hatch. i could not get the injectors to fire i started checking my wiring and sure enough on the jumper harness i bought there is no pin going out of A15 to the p28. i unhooked that pin and ran it straight to the battery and she fired right up. i would like to know what pin on the p28 is the power source for the injectors i tried A25 put no luck.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
