WTB: 4X100 wheel spacers

I need a set of 4X100 wheel spacers. Either 3 or 5MM or 15MM bolt on type with studs built in. Let me know with what size, a pic and price shipped to 11377.

I picked some brand new 3mm ones by Spoon for $60 iirc, last summer. Can't remember what store I bought them from. Not for sale (I need those!), but it might give you an idea.
