Total newbie, wants to build 91 civic
Okay, starting off, first and foremost for awhile now Ive really liked civics, I have money, and the capacity to make money, I have one full time summer job/part time school job, and I am working on a second that's not "Under the table," I'm currently 15 and am driving on a permit, I want to build either a 89 or 91 Hatchback civic, at the moment I have my eye on one on craigslist that is completely clean and just needs bearings/bushings in the trans that is selling for 600$ its a 91 civic, if all goes as planned I am going to pick it up and get to work, now this is my current plan, I am looking for constructive criticism on what would be better part of the build/ an alternative route I should take, thanks in advance ;D
Interior: I have a certain look I want to go for that provides more function then luxury, I want to rip all the interior out, make a custom dash w/o stereo, etc. with just the room for the gauges I want to install, paint the inside of the car black (just the barren inside of the chassis, no interior, etc. Then I want to either install a black bolt in roll-cage or get one fabricated and welded in by a friend who is good at welding and is experienced with cars. I want to install sparco seats, sparco wheel, and sparco shift ****/ e brake handle, im going to put in a short shifter and modify the e brake, simply put the car will be empty minus the strut bars, rollcage, seats, shifter and e brake, and a basic dash. I want to find a system that will allow me to eliminate gauges if possible and do it on a LCD screen where the speedometer/tachometer usually are, if anybody knows of one please link it. Im going to be pulling virtually everything out of the car that is not needed such as a/c unit, stereo, etc.
Exterior: I like the vintage civic look, I plan on not putting on any special body kits, spoilers, etc. I just want to clean up the body to look as nice as I possibly can, then just get the whole thing sprayed black, other then that im getting black headlight/taillight covers and getting the windows tinted black, I want it to look murdered out, im looking at Konig back bone wheels in black, falken tires, and buddy club p1 lug nuts.
Suspension: As of now Ive been looking at edelbrock sway bars, skunk 2 strutbars/ camber kit/ rear lower control arms/tie bars, energy suspension bushings, tien coil overs, and tokico shocks
Brakes: I'm looking at the brembo GT big brake kit
Engine: the car currently has a b16 which as im aware is a pretty weak and factory topped out engine, as of now I think im going to remove the engine, and thoroughly degrease it, installing a gude head package, skunk 2 headers, Aem v2 cold air intake, apex exhaust, Magnaflow catalytic converter, putting in a msd ignition, and upgrading the fuel delivery system.
I understand this is costly, and will take sometime, and I also understand that this isn't the ideal first car by any means, however it comes down to what I want, and if im willing to drive a beater around for 3-6 years to build the car I want, then that's what im going to do, now, I would greatly appreciate criticism and advice on all aspects of what im planning to do as well as what else should be done, im currently researching aspects of a turbo, and possibly doing a b18 swap, please be constructive and thanks ;D

Just make sure this is what you want cause once you start it is a long road from there and I would hate to see another hatch go to waste other than that sounds like it would be fun good luck man
