b18 in EF swap MUST KNOW ?'s
Im looking to have all the parts removed from the 92 JDM integra (b18b2) auto.
got the rear discs for the hatch, got some free tires.. Gonna grab the ebrake cable & then im on to the front end.
the car is a jdm 92 integra but it has an american b18b2 inside with auto trans. so what computer do i need to get started. my car is a 91 canadian ef with a d15b2 from another car, the car now runs MPFI & has PM6 ecu. the underhood wiring is a mess Ive got no clue what to do with the electrical.
can i get shift linkage from another car or do i go ahead & get the hasport. ive heard a lot about them & they are the cheapest ones on ebay & they come with bushings.. i want to do this cheap. but not with toy parts.
motor mounts. hasport look effing sick. but that cost is insane. innovative sound nice but im not sure about the poly bushings. ANY feedback would be help. tell me what uve used WHAT ELSE you might have tried.??
adjustable cam gears.. theyre so cheap.. ive heard more bad than good about them.. can anyone debunk the bad news?
axles, ill be damned if the passenger sid eone is missing. so ive got to buy a new one. Is there a better one than stock 92 integra?
What do i do about the electronics, ive got about a half a wirign harness anyway. cant i just use my pm6 & just use the front end of the integra harness and patch it all together?
someone point me in the right direction for the wiring taking into consideration im already running the worst wiring job posable..
