B16 Head on JDM B20B

This guy is selling me a complete JDM B16 Head w/out the distributor for pretty cheap. Will it mate up to the JDM B20B to make it a CrVtec? Also.....what is determined to be a complete head? (list Parts Please so i know what to look for and not get ripped off)
