FL FS/T: 1997 Acura Integra GS-R, Gunmetal Gray, Black Leather, Dumped, JDM Front

To answer some questions...
- I personally did not have/did not rebuild the engine.
- As I was told, the engine was rebuilt by the previous owner, assembled by his uncle who is a Honda master technician.
- I did not know this guy personally so all I have to offer for proof/assurance is the receipts shown below.
- I have put a ton of miles on this car in the 5 months I have owned it, it has never let me down once.
- I have not *verified* the oil pan leak is actually coming from the pan itself, it leaks enough to wet the pan but does not drip on the ground. You're welcome to see where the car is parked on the daily.
- This car is a 1997, it has 176k miles on it. It is in no way shape or form perfect. The paint is chipped, it has dings in the fenders, and the seats show appropriate wear for the mileage.
- I feel I have priced the car accordingly, but you are welcome to offer. I am no longer interested in trades.

EVERYTHING works. A/c, p/s, cruise all that.

Car is an ORIGINAL GS-R, with the ORIGINAL motor, I bought it from a honda technician and the motor was rebuilt by a honda master tech. I have receipts for most of the machine work and parts.

CONS: (I am OCD, so some of these things may not be a big deal to you, but they bother me)
-Small oil leak from the pan, may just need to be retightened.
-Paint on front bumper and lip isn't in the best shape. Car is daily driven ~100 miles so there are some chips and nicks from rocks and from the lip being lose before.
-Passenger side leather seat needs to be restitched in the center of the bottom half of the seat, you cant tell by glancing at it, just needs to be sewn back up.
-Driver's seat has some normal wear but no rips/tears.
-A few dings in the flimsy oem metal front fenders, NOTHING major.
-CEL pops up when it wants from gutting the cat.
